It is located just a 10-minute walk from Lowestoft’s dog friendly North Beach and Gunton Wood, a local nature reserve spanning almost 3 hectares. It is also within close proximity of the shops, restaurant bars and seaside attractions that Lowestoft has to offer. Lowestoft is a seaside town situated in the northern most part of the glorious Suffolk Coast, famous for being the most easterly point in the UK where you can be first to see the sunrise. It is a real favourite with families, with plenty to see and do. There are two piers and a 100-acre wildlife park just a short drive away. In the town centre you will find a good selection of restaurants, as well as independent shops and a shopping centre. If you can drag yourself away from the stunning sandy beaches, then Oulton Broad is worth a visit, offering year-round watersports, cute cafés and an Edwardian park with play area, tennis courts and a bowling green. Beccles is just a 20-minute drive away, and is a pretty town situated on the Broads, with plenty of independent shops. The medieval city of Norwich is a 50-minute drive away offering a wonderful shopping experience, and has a castle museum and two cathedrals to explore. Pleasurewood Hills Family Theme Park, is also close by and makes a great day out for all the family. With so much to do in this location, you really will be spoilt for choice. Beach ½ mile.
