Living/dining room: With 40’’ TV Smart TV and double sofa bed additional sleeps for 2 people. Kitchen: With breakfast area, electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Bedroom 1: With zip and link super king size bed (can be twin beds on request). Bedroom 2: With zip and link super king size bed (can be twin beds on request). Wet room: With shower, toilet and heated towel rail.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and fibre optic Wi-Fi all included. Welcome pack. Garden with patio, garden furniture, firepit and BBQ. 5-acre grounds (shared with owner). Children’s play area and labyrinth. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking.. The property has been refurbished in 2021 and has a very open and light, airy feel to it. The double doors from the lounge and dining room flow to the reception area of open plan kitchen and breakfast area. The 2 bedrooms have zip and link beds can be configured to your request as either super king or twins and hand basins are in each room. Harmony Lodge also offers ramp access from the car park area for those with less mobility. Harmony Lodge also has its own dedicated therapy room. You can book a variety of therapies that are available during your visit. Imagine just having a massage or healing, a play with crystals or Shiatsu treatment, wrapping up in your dressing gown and tootling onto the veranda with a favourite drink to relax for the rest of the day. This lovely detached property is 1000ft up a Welsh Hill, offering a real ’get away from it all’ experience set near the small town of Llanfair Caereinion. The fabulous views in front of the property overlook the rolling hills of mid-Wales inviting your shoulders to drop and a deep breath to be taken. The verandah has furniture to comfortably position yourself for a day in the sun, or as a "non-light pollution" area, a night of watching the stars. This is an ideal location for those wanting to explore the local countryside, with public footpaths accessible directly from the property so you can explore to your heart’s content. Nearby there are many walks to enjoy, including Dyfnant forest and Llyn Mawr, while the picturesque Lake Vrynwy is just a half-hour drive away.Close by is the Rhiw valley light railway which offers guests a day out enjoying the small narrow gauge railway set in a most beautiful welsh valley.
