Open plan living space. Living area: With 42" Smart TV with Freeview and French doors leading to enclosed verandah with seating furniture and hot tub. Dining area. Kitchen area: With electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, 19" Smart TV with Freeview and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2: With zip and link twin beds (can be super kingsize on request) and 19" Smart TV with Freeview. Bathroom: With bath, shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.. All properties: Oil central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, travel cot and highchair on request, hot tub for 4 (private), enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture, 120 acre grounds with woodland and pasture land (shared with other properties on site).
