Caernarfon Castle, an imposing UNESCO World Heritage site, is under 9 miles distance, where Prince Charles took his investiture. Venture just a little further and just over minutes’ drive you have Pwllheli, Criccieth and Porthmadog home to the Welsh Highland Railway.
