The accommodation comprises a large, open-plan living space with French doors that lead on to the enclosed, rear garden. The modern kitchen benefits from built in appliances, including a breakfast bar. The master bedroom on the first floor has a spacious en-suite shower room, and there is also a second bedroom plus the family bathroom. The second floor offers an extremely spacious third bedroom which occupies the whole of the top of the house; it contains two 4ft beds, and is an ideal room for up to four children. Located only minutes away from the cliff path with direct access down to the beach, this charming, terraced holiday home makes an ideal base for small groups, or perhaps even two families, wanting to holiday together. The nearby golden, sandy beaches stretch for miles, and the Esplanade is packed full of amusements and crazy golf, as well as several places to eat. Away from the beach, the main town offers a multitude of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. The Old Village is renowned for its pretty thatched cottages, cosy tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and craft shops. The seaside town of Shanklin is well served by public transport around the island with regular buses and the railway ‘Island Line’ to Ryde and Sandown. Outdoor pursuits on the island include horse riding, fishing, cycling, paragliding, golf and water sports. There are numerous attractions across the island to discover for all ages, such as The Needles, with its chairlift, amusement park, boat rides, lighthouse and coloured sands of Alum Bay.
