The first floor, which actually opens to the ground level at the rear is all open plan and offers a spacious area with plenty of easy seating to relax after a day on the fells, a large dining table, perfect for a family games night and a few glasses of wine and a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for a hearty breakfast before a day of adventure. A doorway at the rear leads directly onto an enclosed patio area which is south facing so attracts the sun all day and is perfect for that morning coffee and a bit of fresh Cumbrian air. The ground floor features a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a separate WC as well as parking for two cars at the front and a garage which can be used to store bikes or kayaks. The property is located in the exclusive and popular Storrs Park area. Just outside the hustle and bustle of Bowness-on-Windermere.
