Stoneybrook is a spacious and contemporary three-bedroom house located on the edge of the popular West Devon market town of Hatherleigh. The accommodation features underfloor heating throughout the property, granite worktops in the kitchen, two bathrooms, free off-road parking and it is only a 5-minute walk from the local pubs and shops. Across the road from the property is a children’s skate park and a playground, plus there are also two tennis courts within a few minutes’ walk. The light and airy open plan living space on the ground floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with everything you could need during your stay. After a fun-filled day exploring Devon, gather your friends and family around the dining table for a celebratory homecooked meal and relax on the comfortable sofas to watch a movie on the Smart TV with Freeview. There are three comfortably furnished bedrooms upstairs, comprising a double bedroom, a second room with a super kingsize bed, and a third with twin beds. The spacious super kingsize master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the other two bedrooms share use of the family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath. There is also a study/children’s playroom upstairs which is ideal for families. Relax outside in the sunny enclosed garden with its patio, lawn area and outdoor seating. Iddesleigh, Winkleigh, Holsworthy and Okehampton are just a short drive away and offer shops and pubs. You will also be within easy reach of a riding stable, coarse fishing at Stafford Moor, War Horse Valley Farm Park, and slightly further afield are RHS Rosemoor Gardens, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, the Miniature Pony Centre, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The award-winning surfing beaches on the North Devon and North Cornwall coastline are an easy drive away for a day out, such as Bude, Saunton Sands, Croyde and Westward Ho!
