Upon arrival at the apartment, you will walk up some metal stairs and find yourself in the pleasant artificially lawned sitting-out area at the front entrance, with table and chair seating; a great area to enjoy that morning coffee on a sunny day. Into the apartment itself and you are greeted with a large hallway, a great space for hanging up coats and shoes. There is a shower room to your right and at the end of the hallway is the dining area with table and chairs. Through a door in the dining room is the small kitchen, ideal for rustling up a breakfast in the mornings. There are double doors from the dining area into the very spacious master bedroom with super kingsize bed, Smart TV, and dressing table area. The second king sized bedroom is accessed through the first bedroom but also benefits from its own en-suite bathroom. The apartment itself is positioned right in the centre of Torquay town, in the heart of the English Riviera, with the marina, shops and beaches all within walking distance. In terms of restaurants, there is an abundance to choose from, but the award winning and a highly reviewed restaurant is directly beneath the apartment, so a fantastic meal couldn’t be closer!
