As you enter Chatsworth house the pleasant front garden is the first thing you notice. There is an artificial lawn and seating area, great for sitting outside with that early morning coffee or evening glass of wine when not in the back garden or using the master bedroom balcony. The downstairs living area with leather sofas and dining area with seating for 8 are bright and airy and can be opened through the internal doors between the two. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an extra dining table seating up to four. A door from the kitchen leads onto the rear garden via a metal spiral staircase with patio and seating area. On the first floor is a family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower jet enclosure, with a separate toilet just next door to the bathroom. A 4ft double bedroom is on the first floor with en-suite shower room. The second bedroom on this floor is another 4ft double with shower which is in the bedroom itself. The third and final bedroom on the first floor has bunk beds in, perfect for the children. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and is a spacious room with kingsize bed and plenty of storage. The bedroom benefits from en-suite shower room and has the bonus of a door leading to the small balcony overlooking the rear garden.
