Ground Floor: Living room: With electric fire and Freeview Smart TV. Dining room. Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Separate toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 1: With double bed. Bedroom 2: With double bed. Bedroom 3: With single bed. Bathroom: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Rear garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: There is a pond in the garden. . Located in an ideal area only a mile from Blackpool’s beach, Chaseley House is a fantastic three bedroom home away from home ideal for families. Being so close to the heart of Blackpool, there is plenty to see and do nearby that the whole family will enjoy. Children will love nearby Stanley Park, Blackpool Zoo and the model village as well as central beach. The centre of Blackpool, with its many tourist attractions such as the famous Blackpool Tower, Pleasure Beach, Sea Life Centre, Madame Tussauds, promenade and iconic piers, is no more than a mile away so you don’t need to worry about the parking. Just leave your car at the house and walk or grab a taxi. There are also plenty of local pubs, bars and restaurants plus two big local supermarkets. Blackpool is host to many events throughout the year, it’s famous illuminations which run from September to November, stretch for over 6 miles and attract millions of visitors each year. On a rainy day, the Grand Theatre is home to an array of amazing shows and performances from Strictly Come Dancing to Fireman Sam. Lytham St Annes, is slightly further down the coast with its rolling sand dunes and promenade dotted with boutique shops, restaurants and cafés. There are festivals all year round including the Lytham Proms and Kite Festival as well as golf championships which are held at the Royal Lytham and St Annes Golf Club. If you fancy heading inland, The Trough of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is nearby, its rich landscapes are perfect for walking and cycling.
