There are good public transport links with buses to Weymouth, Poole and Lulworth Cove. The local railway station, with direct links to London, is just a 10 minute walk away. Wool is perfectly placed to explore the Jurassic Coast. You are spoilt for choice with lovely beaches only a short drive away including Swanage, Weymouth, Poole, Studland, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. The historic market towns of Dorchester and Wareham are nearby, and the area is renowned for links to Thomas Hardy and T E Lawrence. If you like walking there are plenty of local routes to explore, and the South West Coast Path is less than 5 miles away. Local attractions include RSPB Arne, The Tank Museum, Weymouth Sea life Centre, Monkey World and Corfe Castle, or head further afield to Charmouth or Lyme Regis.
