First Floor: Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed, dressing room with single futon bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements) and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail (Jack and Jill shared with bedroom 3). Bedroom 3: With double bed.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Fuel for wood burner and open fire available locally. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Large garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 5 steps in the garden.. Overlooking the historical Lanteglos church, this detached cottage would suit a family or friends looking for a peaceful location, and has the benefit of a large garden. There is a cosy wood burner in the kitchen/dining room and an open fire in the living room. There is also a ground floor bedroom which has a single bed and an additional pull-out double bed option, which is on the same level as the master bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a kingsize bed; these bedrooms share an en-suite shower room. If flexibility is required, there is a choice of either a single futon in the dressing room, or a sofa bed in the living room (requiring additional linen), so this property is able to accommodate all types of configuration. If you are bringing your pet, a pet bed and blanket are available on request. Just up the lane is the golf club, which has a bar and restaurant, and the A39 is just a few minutes back through the village, making amazing coastline very accessible for exploring. The fantastic seaside village of Port Isaac, well known as the location of the TV series ’Doc Martin’, is just 8 miles away, and Trebarwith Strand is less than 5 miles away. Tintagel and Boscastle are just a little further along the coast. Beach 5 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant ½ mile. Free WiFi
