This apartment enjoys a prime position in New Quay's beautiful town centre. Just a short downhill walk brings you into the town's hub of shops, bars and restaurants as well as two of the town s fantastic beaches. Visit the iconic harbour and book a day out at sea taking in the sights of the local marine life such as bottlenose dolphins and seals. There is plenty to see and do to keep you occupied in New Quay alone, but there are miles of coastal path to explore if you want to leave the car behind. The trail to Llangrannog is approximately 8 miles to the south or head north to Aberaeron on a 6 mile walk. The apartment is accessed via an external metal staircase up on to the first floor of the building. Through the front door, there are a further three steps, and a warm welcome awaits you in the entrance hall, with storage for your coats, shoes and boots. To the right, you enter your open plan kitchen, lounge and diner. The whole apartment was renovated in 2021 to the highest specification. There is one parking space available at the rear of the property in a designated space. Additional parking, should it be required, is available in a public car park just 200 yards away.
