Living area
Open plan with the dining area, this lovely room has access through French doors out to the balcony where incredible views over the bay and out towards Godrevy Lighthouse are showcased Two contemporary two-seater sofas make the perfect place for relaxing with a good book or for enjoying a movie night, with the smart 46" LCD flat screen TV having the full Sky package including Sky Movies and Sky Sports. This room is also furnished with a mid-century-inspired coffee table, TV cabinet, blue tooth speaker and floor lamp
Dining area
Open plan with the living room, the dining area has a wooden table with six modern bucket chairs. An arched opening between the kitchen and the dining area means that dinner preparations are a sociable affair, and a sideboard at the far end of the table houses a selection of board games for post-dinner entertainment

The well-equipped separate kitchen has ample worktop and storage space with a range of appliances that include an integrated oven and grill, gas hob, counter-top microwave, a built-in fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Tassimo coffee machine. A range of crockery, glassware, cookware and utensils are provided
Master bedroom
This gorgeous en-suite room is airy and calm with crisp white Egyptian cotton linen and blue accents creating a beach retreat atmosphere of relaxed sophistication. French doors open out to the Juliet balcony with uninterrupted views over Carbis Bay Beach and out to sea. A second door to the side accesses the furnished balcony off the living room. Furnished with a king size bed, the room also has its own 32” flat screen TV with Freeview as well as a large wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, an occasional chair and a large dressing mirror (This bedroom has a hairdryer for guests to use)
Bedroom two
The well-proportioned second bedroom is situated to the back of the property and features a large, upholstered headboard with a pedestal table and reading lamp between two superior twin beds adorned with Egyptian cotton linen. Its built-in wardrobe has mirrored sliding doors and the room is also furnished with a chest of drawers and a 32” TV with Freeview and a Blue Ray player. (This bedroom has a hairdryer for guests to use)
Family bathroom
This spacious bathroom has a luxury double walk-in shower with large rain head and a separate handheld shower attachment, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail, cabinet with mirror and shaver point
En suite to the master bedroom
This large en-suite bathroom offers guests a spa bath and walk-in shower which has a hand-held shower attachment, WC, twin hand basins, a heated towel rail, two large mirrors and shaver point
Outside
Both the master bedroom and lounge have access to the wonderful sea facing balcony which has been furnished with a table and four chairs. Beautiful, landscaped gardens lie to the front of the apartment building and give access via a private path and gate straight to the beach road

There is one allocated car parking space. Additional parking is available upon request on a first come first serve basis
