A warm welcome awaits you at Kilns as you enter the property onto the first floor, into a well-equipped dining kitchen providing plenty of workspace and storage to stock up on and prepare the delicious local Cornish produce. The large dining table is ideal for making magical holiday memories over a hearty breakfast or a special dinner. Three of the bedrooms are also located on this floor, all with plenty of wardrobe and hanging space, bedside drawers and a chair; all with luxurious, excellent quality divan beds with thick sprung mattresses and wall mounted feature headboards. Choose from a king-size bed or two bedrooms with twin 3' single beds. The family bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and overhead shower. From the hallway, stairs lead down to the ground floor where you will find a spacious sitting room with plenty of comfortable seating, a cosy electric fire set in a feature fireplace, television and french doors leading out to the terrace with seating area; a perfect spot to enjoy the evening sun. Next to the sitting room is a superb sized bedroom boasting a 6' super-king size bed, more french doors to the terrace, and an en-suite shower room.
Centrally located in mid Cornwall, Kilns is an ideal base for easy access for exploring all of beautiful Cornwall.
