This apartment is situated in the coastal town of Neyland, just yards from its popular marina. The marina boasts some fantastic bars and restaurants for you to enjoy during your visit, along with access to miles of cycle paths to enjoy on your bicycle or on foot. The town centre has a selection of shops, takeaways and bars, so you ll have plenty of conveniences within walking distance. If beaches are your thing, there is a pebble beach along the road or golden sands are available at Freshwater East, just 9 miles away, and the popular seaside resort of Tenby is 15 miles away. You enter the apartment via an external metal staircase, bringing you up to the second floor. As you enter the apartment you are welcomed into its galley kitchen, which is equipped with a gas oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, countertop dishwasher plus a coffee machine. There is a utility area with a washing machine to the far end of the kitchen, offering you the convenience to do your laundry during your stay. Just off the kitchen is the bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and WC. From the kitchen, enter a generously sized lounge and dining room with views out to sea. There are two comfortable sofas nestled around the Smart TV: cosy up and watch all your favourite programmes or stream movies. There is also a vintage record player available for guest use, bring some of your own collection along to listen to and unwind. To the rear of the lounge is the dining area with a table set for four enjoy a hearty breakfast before a day exploring the coastal path or settle down and play board games at night. Down the corridor, you will find two double bedrooms, both with storage for clothing and belongings. There is no external space provided with the property, however, the marina is just 200 yards away which has plenty of outside space, picnic benches and miles of pathways to explore. There is no allocated parking but there is ample roadside parking, subject to availability, directly outside. Need to know: 2 bedrooms doubles. 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
