The centre of this bustling village is just a few steps from the property and nearby traffic free walking and cycling can be enjoyed on the Tarka Trail. This hidden gem offers relaxing surroundings and walks set midway between the wild expanses of Dartmoor and Exmoor and the rugged coastline and sandy beaches of the North and South Devon coast make for an enjoying a day at the seaside. On arrival at the property, you enter into the communal hallway and staircase then through your own front door into an entrance hall, ideal for kicking off shoes and coats.
