The apartment is set within the grounds of the mid 18th century Kirby Fleetham Hall in the village of Kirkby Fleetham. Within the grounds are a church, a lake, well kept landscaped gardens, and a private woodland in which guests are free to roam and perhaps throw a blanket down for a romantic picnic. Walk to the pretty village of Kirkby Fleetham which has a village gastropub. The apartment is perfect for discovering the glorious countryside of the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors with miles of walks and bike trails to explore from the doorstep. Northallerton town is 10 miles with its abundance of shops and tearooms, or Richmond (13 miles) with its cobbled market square, Norman castle, Easby Abbey and Saturday market selling local produce. Step inside this tastefully furnished apartment arranged on the first floor of a bell tower. There is a handy space for shoes and coats at the foot of the stairs.
