Tucked away down a private lane on the owners farm, this stunning cottage is situated within the grounds of the Anderton Centre, where you can book a variety of water sports and outdoor activities. The perfect area for walkers and cyclists, take a short stroll to the taproom at Rivington Brewery Company and enjoy a freshly made pint of ale or, for thrill seekers, Go Ape is just 1 mile away. The popular market town of Chorley, steeped in history and surrounded by beautiful countryside, is within 4 miles and boasts a number of independent shops, cafes and restaurants to explore. For a day at the beach, take a short drive to one of the vibrant coastal towns of either Southport or Lytham, both within a 30 mile radius. On entering the property, you are greeted by a light open plan lounge/kitchen/diner boasting a wood burner, Smart TV and double doors that open out to the patio area.
