Benefiting from a prime position on the Solway Coast, this property makes the ideal base for making the most of land and sea in the area. The sand dunes, just 0.5 miles away, are a site of scientific interest with plenty of fascinating wildlife in residence, whilst walks along the coastline offer views over to Scottish mountains and across the Irish sea. You re also not far from the impressive Lake District National Park, the brink of which is just 12 miles away. Venture inland to explore the waters of Bassenthwaite (15.5 miles) or Derwentwater (22.5 miles) or perhaps embrace a Lakeland fell with a long walk up Skiddaw (21 miles). Despite the aged beauty of this property, the interior has been lovingly updated to provide an entirely contemporary place to stay.
