Kitchen and utilities: Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Facilities for families: Travel cot and high chair provided, but no linen. Outside: Sloping lawns, terraced areas, patio furniture, games room. Pets: 1 small pet allowed - £50 per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment. Parking: Parking for 5 cars provided on driveway. Nearest beach: 4 miles. Nearest amenities: 0.5 miles. General: Free WiFi provided. Security deposit: A security deposit of £200 is required, we will contact you for payment 8 weeks before your holiday is due to start. Important notes: No smoking. NB: Whilst the property accommodates nine people, it is situated in a village location and, therefore parties and loud music disturb the local residents and are not permitted. NB: The main entrance door has a motion detecting facility which faces over the driveway and garage area. This is only viewed when the property is unoccupied and activity is detected.
