The cottage has been tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished in a contemporary style throughout, with the sitting room boasting a warm and welcoming woodburning stove, a pleasant place for everyone to gather and sit around, chatting and relaxing after a busy day walking and exploring. The kitchen with its quartz work surfaces and spotlighting is light, airy and well equipped and enjoys a lovely view out towards the open countryside beyond the front garden. Three spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and a modern bathroom complete the accommodation. The garden at the rear is enclosed and being south-facing enjoys the sun for most of the day, ideal for that morning coffee, relaxing brunch or dining alfresco in the evening. The garden at the front has a patio area with table and chairs providing further outdoor space, ideal for the children to play or just sit and enjoy the views whilst enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple and a good book! Dolau provides a perfect base with lots of walks from the cottage and just a few minutes’ drive away you can visit Bird’s Rock in the beautiful Dysynni Valley or Cader Idris. There are miles of sweeping sandy beaches at Tywyn and Fairbourne, all just a short drive away, or explore the towns of Dolgellau, Barmouth and Aberdovey, all within easy reach. If you enjoy cycling, the whole area boasts bike trails and mountain biking facilities, or enjoy horse riding on the beach at the nearby stables in Fairbourne, just 7 miles away, plus you have the stunning Snowdonia National Park to explore. For more relaxed pursuits, how about a ride on the narrow gauge Talyllyn Railway up to the mystical Dolgoch Falls? There is so much to see and do in the area, you’ll be planning your return before you’ve even left!

The small village of Rhoslefain, is situated three miles from Llwyngwril and stands on the edge of the Dysynni Valley, at the southern end of the Snowdonia National Park, an area renowned for its sea and mountain views.
