This delightful, detached cottage is along a drive which leads to a feature wishing well and turning circle in front of the cottage, from which steps lead down to a large sun trap patio area where you can enter into either the sitting room or stylish kitchen. The ceiling in the sitting room is a high gable, emphasising the generous proportions of the room, which is furnished with a cosy gas log-effect stove as well as designer radiators throughout. The dining room is flooded with sunshine in the morning, and the doors can be opened onto the rear countryside. Along with the rest of the cottage, the kitchen is well-finished and modern with a good selection of appliances, ensuring you will not be short of anything on your holiday. A door off the sitting room leads to a central hallway with office desk, and provides access to a super king-size double which can be a twin room on request and family bathroom, and the master bedroom with its luxury en-suite bathroom with walk-in power shower and double ended bath. A hidden mirror door in the run of fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom reveals a further 2'6" twin bedroom which can be a king-size double, ideal as a secret retreat for young children, teenagers and adults alike. There is modern colour changing LED lighting which creates a waterfall effect of light in the main bedroom and its en-suite and the hidden twin room, accentuating the beautiful exposed truss and beams. Outside, the cottage is surrounded by countryside, with a large private patio where you can sit and relax with a refreshing drink or dine alfresco using the barbecue. The cottage is adjacent to five touring caravan pitches, ideal for friends to use whilst visiting perhaps, and ample private secure parking and turning makes it ideal for anyone visiting the nearby Ynys Mon Anglesey racing track, with or without race cars, vans and trailers. For those with electric vehicles, a free EV charging point is available to get you recharged and ready to go. Public foot/cyclepaths lead from the end of the drive opening up walks to the coast at Maltraeth and on to Newborough Forest and allowing beaches, reputed to be the best on the island. This well-maintained path also takes you to the main market town of Llangefni.
