Outside there is a long front garden with comfortable seating area where you can sit and relax listening to the stream running along the front of the terrace, adding to the peace and tranquillity of the area. There is also a back patio which is accessed by steps. The town of Penmaenmawr has a large selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and there are plenty of activities, including a golf course and sandy beaches. The sailing club in Penmaenmawr is well- established and welcomes day guests. On the promenade there are plenty of activities together with a beach café which is open most of the year. There are also beach huts on the promenade that you can hire by the day. Also near to the beach is a bowling green and all weather tennis courts. Further afield, there are an abundance of activities in the area including the High Ropes tree adventure centre, Zip World with the longest zip-wire in Europe and Bounce Below with its underground trampolines stretched over former slate caverns.
