The two upstairs double bedrooms are comfortable, spacious and light. Both offer lovely outside views. The downstairs shower room is very modern and has been refurbished to a very high standard. There is a fully fitted kitchen which is perfect for making big tasty meals, and then a comfortable sitting area offers the chance to relax and eat whilst watching the Freeview television. Alternatively, and when the weather offers the chance, guests are welcome to dine or relax outside in the extremely large garden area, complete with patio and garden furniture. Within a short 1 mile walk or drive, you have local pubs, shops and restaurants giving you quick access to all essentials. By venturing 2 miles, you’ll find yourself enjoying the beautiful Norfolk coastline and beaches where you can take long walks and experience the local fishing villages. As well as that you could take the time to explore the Sea Life centre, play some golf or go on one of the seal trips which take you out to sea and help you better understand the history of this fascinating region. This property is perfect for couples or groups of friends who want a relaxing escape to Norfolk and would enjoy having space and comfort just like they’d find back at home.
Dersingham is one of the largest villages in the Borough of King's Lynn and West Norfolk. It is situated on the outskirts of the Royal Sandringham Estate with its impressive house, church and gardens which are open to the public, plus nearby are the plant farm, tea rooms and gift shop at Norfolk Lavender.
