To the rear of the property enjoy the beautifully maintained country cottage garden, with a bench to look into the valley beyond and the River Bradford. The nearest pub is just a gentle stroll into Youlgrave itself. You can take a walk along the waterside of the River Bradford or just a few miles further on you can sample the famous puddings in nearby Bakewell. Further afield is all the beauty that the Peak District National Park has to offer. Cycle the district on one of the many tailored routes, follow the walking trails from village to village or if you begin to miss the city life, you’re only a 20-mile drive from Sheffield. Dimberlyne Cottage is a charming spot by the River Bradford, ideal for an authentic break in the Peak District.

The countryside village of Youlgreave is situated between two of the area's valley - Lathkill Dale to the north and Bradford Dale to the south. The village is home to three pubs, all serving food, two shops (one with a Post Office) and a delightful medieval church. The market town of Bakewell is nearby and offers a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a frequent local market. With the whole of the Peak District National Park on the doorstep, many stately homes to visit including Chatsworth House.
