Characterised by its stone buildings and cobbled side streets, this lovely town has a remarkable 200 listed buildings. Coed Y Brenin mountain biking centre is easily accessible for cyclists and no trip to the area would be complete without climbing the imposing nearby mountain of Cader Idris.
