This end of terrace cottage is situated on the river beach in the heart of Teignmouth. With lovely views of the estuary and Shaldon, it is an excellent property for friends or families with older children.
Head up the steps through the front door and you will find yourself in a lovely big open plan space, your attention torn between the characterful beams and flame effect fire and the fascinating views. The seating area has a TV with all the tech you could wish for and a dining space and step through the French windows off the kitchen area to enjoy a coffee on the terrace. Stairs lead you up to the two bedrooms with great views, including views as soon as you open your eyes in the double bed.
