From the hall, head through to the dining room where you can enjoy meals gazing at the view from the big picture window. You have the luxury of three more lovely rooms for relaxing in: the sitting room, the family room which is great for watching TV and the sun lounge. At the end of the day take two staircases up to the comfortable bedrooms rambling over the two upper floors. At the back of the house you can run, play or stretch out in the sun in the big enclosed garden at the back of the house. This is a charming outdoor spot, with a barbecue for enjoying al fresco family meals on the terrace and a gate to a field from which you can join the South West Coast Path, fabulous for both serious walkers and a relaxing evening sunset stroll. The Path leads to a shingle beach and to a wonderful 'secret' cove, or you can head to picture-perfect Blackpool Sands and the impressive huge crescent of Slapton Sands, making Landcombe Cottage an ideal destination for exploring the magnificent South Hams coastline. For town delights, the historic town of Dartmouth has plenty to offer, from shops and restaurants to fun and interesting trips on the river and the steam railway. Landcombe Cottage is a fabulous place for a memorable coastal break for all the family.
