Milburga Chapel has stood in the parish of Stoke St Milborough in the Shropshire Hills AONB since 1842. Charmingly restored in 2005, it now serves as a quirky base for guests wishing to make use of the lush walking country and fascinating towns and villages nearby. This is a real country pub with an excellent menu. It is 4 miles away, however the landlord offers a taxi service and the owner would be prepared to assist when available in the collection of the guests cars. Nearby you can also discover some of Shropshire's finest towns, Ludlow sits nearby, a capturing market town boasting a castle, a museum and a wealth of quaint amenities. In the surrounding area you can also visit Church Stretton, Shrewsbury and Hereford as well as attractions such as Ironbridge Gorge and the Severn Valley Railway. A delightful getaway placed in the wonderful Shropshire Hills.
