Location Details
Lifton is a small village in the upper Tamar Valley, close to Launceston and the passing A30 road into Cornwall. This pretty community, once sitting astride the old A30 London to Penzance trunk road, is blessed with a village shop and post office, a superb pub and 3 top quality restaurants.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

This cottage is exceptional. It is situated in quiet area, but not too far from the amenities of Okehampton. It is spotless and in first class condition. The grounds are beautiful - it is clear the owner puts in a lot of effort to keep them that way. The host is super-friendly and welcoming, but never intrusive - the perfect host. I can't fault this charming cottage.
